 In charge of the Specialist Clinic Division ,also coordinates ,supervise professional team including Consultants, Nursing Staff and Clerical staff. Ensures that provision and coordination of patient care activities are within the established hospital, division and unit specific guidelines, policies and procedures, standards and protocols. Anticipating potential risk and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment for patient safety. Ensures the delivery of safe patient care, conduct on going assessment and develop care plan as determined by patient’s condition and/or the unit/hospital policies and procedures or protocols and reprioritize care accordingly.  Supervises Registered Nurses, Student Nurses and other staff in the delivery of safe patient care. Act as resource person and for the department. Data collection, monitoring, analyzing and implementation as in departmental MAI and KPI.

Works in Health and safety..• Monthly floor inspections, cafeteria inspections.• Design , Develop and Deliver New Health Promotion Initiatives• Organize first aider training and maintain a master list of company's trained First aider.• Lead the management of the first aid box by ensuring periodic replenishment of the first aid box• Provide First aid treatment to workforce when necessary and report the incident to Corporate HSE Department• Assist and offer advice on health within a multidisciplinary team• Identify potential health and safety problem• Design health posters• Organize Health Events• Conduct in basic Ergonomic Assessments

Training of new staff nurses• Supervising all new nurses, planning for their training• Supervising student nurses

Provide basic nursing care to patients and residents, Assists patients at meal times, and cleanliness of the inmates

Organize and manage regular clinics involving external physicians, including ophthalmology, E.N.T, medical/surgery, orthopaedic, podiatry, paediatrician, gynaecology professionals• Schedule and manage external medical consultation. Create, manage and maintain patient’s medical and health records, Arrange for routine yearly medical check-up• Injections for babies after birth. Assessing wounds of patient and conduct dressing for the proper type of wound.• Assist doctors in minor procedures such as bone marrow aspiration, I & D, secondary suturing, knee aspiration, suprapubic catheter change and to use diathermy procedures if needed.The other procedures are :- Stress ECG Audiogram Uroflow Lung function test Catheterization
