Current- Monitor the day to day technical operations activity at the site.
- Inspect and monitor the function of building facilities lift,DG, fire service, water supply and electricity supply.
- Coordinate with landlord team to ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards and building management.
- Coordinate vendor staff & staff on site to ensure the smooth operations.
- Rotain inspection on the building raise the tickets for closure of identified snags on daily basis.
- Identify Energy management, cost saving and risk management.
