FARO ProjectData Scientist at "Operations & Net Transformation" Direction of Telefónica de España. Part of the "Infrastructures and Centrals Transformation" unit, focusing in the adaptation to the new technologies in telecommunications.My role as Data Scientist is to help in the creation of business value from advanced data analysis. Im very passionate about data and the value it can create.I work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching, continously seeing through the data and analyzing it to find conclusions and to present the findings, or translate the data into an understandable document with direct impact in business/service improvement.It is important to be vigilant in the analysis to come to correct conclusions. Then it is needed to provide controls that validate the quality and integrity of the data as well as the methodology used to analyse such data supported by fine-tuned math/statistical/machine learning methods.I use Python programming language and R and specific data analysis libraries, interacting with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. I use Numpy and Pandas Python libraries to analyse data within Big Data environments and Matplotlib to communicate results with graphical tools to non-technical stakeholders.
