The organization supports applicants from over 180 countries and guides them through complex application processes for each of the 50 states and 5 jurisdictions.Personally built this internal startup from a ‘paper’ concept to a market segment leader: Achieved 60% annual growth since inception, with 35% GM on $2.1 million in revenue by 3rd year of operations. Product concept and structure based on comprehensive analysis of competitor behavior and market segment gaps. A division of the company focused on international credential evaluations for the US CPA profession achieved 90% market share by end of 2016.

Invited to position; charged with business process optimization, data analytics, and internal startup operations. Conducted multi-year research into CPA professional pipeline including diversity and barriers to entry.Established data analytics and research capabilities that supported both strategic and operational decision making within the CPA profession. The 6 years of data analytics work culminated in groundbreaking insights into factors impacting diversity and access to the CPA profession. Fully redesigned antiquated CPA Exam Performance reports to reflect significant changes in the examination; broadened its application to multiple market segments and flipped product from cost center to significant profit center. Efforts resulted in speaking engagements at numerous national and regional events and conferences.

Recruited into Operations Director role to resolve logistics and supply chain delivery issues for an internal technology startup. Built operations and logistics infrastructure including: order processing systems, reverse logistics processes, inventory management system, and mobile phone repair capabilities. Established strong business reporting and analytics capabilities to support strategic and tactical decision making within the startup.Transitioned into data analytics, quality and risk management roles within the parent company. Developed data based service quality program for a high volume technical call center that reduced overall call volume by 30% and improved Net Promoter scores across all service categories. Introduced and implemented voice analytics, created client risk analysis models, and supported development of revenue/volume forecasting algorithms.

Consulted for a national level Department of Homeland Securtiy anti-terrorism exercise (TOPOFF 3). Assigned the lead role in developing and implementing a logistics support plan for a multi-site, inter-agency exercise that had fallen 6 months behind in delivery. Completed 12 months of planning, resourcing and implementation in under 6 months, which ultimately resulted in a highly successful exercise that was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.

Implemented technology and process solutions to optimize use of resources and elevate combat readiness of units. Assigned variety of roles that included fitness training, development of a readiness tracking application, commander of quick response unit, executive officer for large scale training deployments, and transportation officer supporting logistics movement for the middle Atlantic region.Completed a combat tour in Iraq in support of OIF-II. Deployed with a small group of Marines in the advance party to prepare the operational space for the arrival of the main Battalion. Coordinated the logistics movement of all Marines and equipment from the US to theater of operations and back.Left active service for one year (2003) before returning for a deployment to Iraq (2004)
