• Opening the company's insurance file, following up insurance forms for entering or dismissing employees from insurance, and following up on social insurance laws.• Process new employees’ social & medical insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other regulatory requirements using appropriate forms.• Liaise with the relevant labor office to maintain knowledge of all relevant statutory updates and or changes.• Developing a strategic plan to achieve the vision and develop its performance.• Solve the issues of the social insurance Office and the Labor Office.• Responsible for talent acquisition and employment & recruitment plan according to competencies model.• Restructuring the organizational structure of the company.• Responsible for monthly salaries, follow-up & preparation.• Responsible for following up on achieving the departments goals that are in line with the company's goals and vision.

• Responsible for implementation and fulfilment of HR policies.• Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Onboarding and Employment Branding.• Employee documents authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips, etc.)• Employee exit and clearance procedures
