IDare’s scope of work is under three portfolios: positive peace building, Tashgheel and Wellbeing. I designed, managed, and implemented several projects related to youth engagement, active citizenship and participation, alternative narrative creation, preventing of hate speech, preventing of violent extremism, youth employability, metal health and wellbeing, youthwork recognition, competencies mapping and development, and enabling creative and cultural industries environment. Throughout my work with IDare, I got the rich opportunity to learn experientially and to co-develop IDare’s approach with the rest of teams who contributed to IDare’s approach and work since 2013. Since we are a small-size organization who adopted its own agility, I understand and practice the work of the development sector based on a think-do approach. Throughout my work I was not only gaining experience as managing projects, programs, process, and people. But also performing other roles such as financial management, monitoring, evaluation and learning, social impact measurement, proposals development, technical know-how, and having direct understanding and experience of national and regional realities (Euromed; countries located by the White Mediterranean Sea) related to IDare’s main scope of work. IDare also allowed us to practice technical theories and other sciences that we acquired through formal education and non-formal learning such as: commercial marketing, social marketing, which is also called Positive Community and Behavioral Change, change management, Design Thinking, System Thinking, Strategic Communication, Identity, Intercultural Dialogue, positive peace building including UNScr 2250 and strengthening community and individual resilience.

Where we run youth employability programs within the Creative and Cultural Sector. IDare developed its own approach which we call Tashgheel. Since 2018, we are advancing and enabling the environment for youth and actors within the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI) in Jordan. We issued 6 MeetUp reports that are providing useful insights about CCI in Jordan.

I used to manage youth exchanges and training courses with Erasmus Plus and Youth in Action programs, funded by the EU. Engage in planning, managing, and overseeing new projects. Mobilize stakeholders, disseminate project results effectively, and encourage their use. Analyze the project's audience, devise a communication plan, and transfer successful outcomes to decision-makers and end-users. Maximize project value, sustainability, impact, and visibility while monitoring progress throughout. Provided freelance services to several organizations: Institute for Leadership Excellence (ILE), Demoqrati program at King Abdullah Fund II for Development (KAFDI), and the EuroMed Youth Unit at the Ministry of Political Development.
