Key Responsibilities and Most Accomplishments:· Reviews and approves adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, budget spending, engineering effectiveness, and customer service along with human utilization for Utilities.· Develops and recommends corporate Utilities Planning & Operations policy within the division.· Defines and recommends objectives in each area of Utilities Planning & Operations.
