In my current role at J&K Bank, I specialize in managing working capital credit, commercial lending, and credit risk across diverse market segments including consumer, SME, and corporate sectors. Since joining in June 2021, I have applied my extensive expertise, previously honed at Bank of Baroda, to effectively process and sanction a variety of credit proposals. My focus has always been on optimizing the risk-return ratio while maintaining a streamlined turnaround time.I am academically equipped with a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance and am currently enhancing my knowledge through an MBA in Banking and Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. My technical foundation is rooted in an Engineer's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir. Additionally, I have augmented my skillset with a Moody's Certification in Commercial Credit, along with JAIIB and CAIIB certifications, and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certification.My approach to financial decision-making is deeply analytical, leveraging both my engineering background and data analytics proficiency to enhance credit quality and portfolio performance.
