• Project = ADDC Extension of primary Substation in Khalifa City A • Reporting to Qc Manager and Resident Engineer.• Raising SOR and NCR based on the PQP for control of nonconforming works and products.• Preparing the MIR and RFI at all stages of Works• Conducting different test as per the specifications.• Inspection of Material and all activities along with the checklist. • Monitor site work, excavation, back filling, blinding , waterproofing and protection screed, rebar cutting/bending/installation, Form work and concreting works.• Inspect site preparation, installation and final finishing workmanship as per approved MS, ITP, and shop Drawing.• Coordinating with other trade and discipline such as Electrical , Fire Fighting , MEP & Safety to avoid construction conflict of on-going activities.• Work as per approved drawing and specifications• Prepare inspection Test plan and checklist.• To ensure that all the inspections and tests are carried out as indicated on the appropriate inspection and test plan(ITP).• Review the method statement for different activities.• Follow up and taking necessary action for NCR’s, SOR’s and Quality finding issued from consultant.• To ensure that only approved material is used.• Checking and controlling the quantity of work and material.• Monitoring of QA/QC related site activities on daily basis.• Monitoring and implementing the inspection and test plan for all and different stages of works.
