-Monitor product quality to ensure the products are within the stipulated specifications and implement solutions for quality non-conformance reported.-Investigate customer complaints and propose preventive measures to prevent the re-occurrence of similar issue.-Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause corrective action and quality performance.-Manage and collect data for monthly report and management review report.-Handling training for quality inspectors and technician for the related products.-Involved and expose to ISO 9001:2015 training.-Coordinate customer visits and audits. Assist in developing quality improvement plans.

-Handling process of new product.-Involve in Research and Development Team.-Performed new formulation and skin care and cosmetic (Gel Mask, Shampoo, Serum, etc).-Familiar with color pigmentation of cosmetic (eye shadow, lipstick, lip gloss, blusher, etc)-Planning for production of new product (Foundation water base, mascara, etc).

Technical Services Department-Handling analysis or the reformulated product such as Solid dose, semi-solid dose,liquid dose and netbulizer etc-Handling sample preparation for testing such as Dissolution, Assay, Related Substances, Friability, Uniformity of Content etc-Handling the laboratory instrument such as HPLC ,GC-MS, GC-FID ,FTIR, UV-Vis etc-Handling documentation such as Process Validation Protocol Report, Batch Manufacturing Record, Batch Packaging Record etc-Involved in NPRA audit
