• Lead all Strategic Technology projects for Citibank Corporate Infrastructure covering Asia Pacific region. • Direct and oversee people, budgets and schedules for all projects including the build of Data and Command Centres, migration of data processing, workload and applications between Data Centres and Technology Rooms.• Responsible for initial safety and soundness of Data Centres new build that include all infrastructure installation of servers, storage, network devices/bandwidth, third-party links, etc.• Optimize Technology/Communication Centres countries by consolidating and virtualizing In-Country processing into the Regional Data Centre.

• Spearheaded and led end-to-end service delivery for Citibank Consumer Business to include: business requirements definition, performance reporting, client solutions, portfolio management and problem resolution leveraging a diverse resource base.• Accountable for setting up of new Branches, ATMs, Call Centres, People and Servers relocation and International and Domestic Network bandwidth upgrade.

• Deputy to the Portfolio Manager in the overall management of the projects & programs in the Consumer Bank portfolio.• Overall responsible to Project Sponsor, Business Management and Application Developers on all Risks and Issues and represented Technology Infrastructure groups in Business Steering Committee.

• Led all aspects of Technology project implementations for Citibank covering the Asia Pacific Region, Middle East and Latin America in 78 Banking businesses and applications. These include scoping, scheduling, budgeting, status reporting, headcount hiring and leading team members.• Successfully managed 26 Major & Regional projects for Consumer's Cards and Retail Banks, Investment Bank and Wealth Management.

• Led PMO function for the business across AP region with sole responsibility on project prioritization and Project Manager resource allocation.• Responsible for budgetary and operational recommendations to the business with regards to all IT infrastructure needs and optimise project methodology to meet regional standards and policies.

• Headed a Change Management & Control Unit of 7 staff.• Directly responsible for managing, planning and directing all changes in hardware, software, network and environment across multi-platforms from Mainframe to Open Systems.

• Responsible for the custody of Production programs, files and system libraries through strict and careful setup of Security access of users.

• Developed Accounting applications consisted of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Raw Materials and Inventory.• Provided on-site installation & first-level support for IBM MVS/VSE software such as Job Scheduler, Report Distribution and Management System to Asia Pacific countries.
