My job profile includes: meeting people from PMT dept of Pharmaceutical companies in Mumbai, assisting them with different scientific inputs, brand planning, new strategies, in doc edu, patient edu(print and digital inputs), understanding their requiements and providing them with the inputs within their budget, in order to increase the prescription generation and inturn increase the business.

I conducted a project to find out loophole in the functionality of the new setup. In this project, I conducted a survey, where I have visited all the physicians in the locality (more than 100). I have prepared a questionnaire for the phycisians which will help the team to understand the gaps in the functioning of the hospital. This analysis was further used by the management team to bring the necessary changes for further improvement in the functioning of the hospital.

I completed a project on Employee satisfaction survey with a sample size of about 600 in the organization. I came across various issues among the employees and gave recommendations to the management regarding the same.
