I am level 2 Accredited exercise physiologist (SESNZ) and physiotherapist (GSCPT) with a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I completed my bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from Late Smt. S G Patel Institute of Physiotherapy in Gujarat, India. I then worked as a physiotherapist at Dr. Sutaria Physiotherapy Clinic and Fitness Centre for more than 2 years, where I helped clients recover from injuries, improve their overall condition and fullfiling their fitness goals, I did postgraduate diploma in sports and exercise science at Wintec in Hamilton. I learned clinical exercise physiology, advanced rehabilitation and professional practice as a part of my curriculum.My expertise is to create personalised treatment programs according to client's condition, goals and expectations by using multiple approaches like manual therapy, joint mobilization etc. I believe in wholistic and patient centred approach. I am also firm believer in cultural and child safety. I am person of team spirit and have experience in working with multidisciplinary.I'm excited to continue learning and growing in my field as I like to stay up to date on new research approach, while helping others lead healthy, active lives.
