I coordinate communication strategies for our key IT change projects including Wi-Fi Transformation, Network 2030, Evolve, External Calling Teams Voice, and Migration to SharePoint Online.I perform a broad range of communication tasks such as web content writing for StaffNet and SharePoint pages, launching email campaigns, designing audio and visual content, and stakeholder engagement. I work closely with the communication managers, project managers, external contractors and key stakeholders within the University including IT Services and the Strategic Change Office (SCO).Alongside my role, I work as Communications & Media Officer for Women@Manchester, supporting UoM's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives.

I designed marketing collaterals for their Autumn/Winter 2022 launch collections using Adobe InDesign. I mainly assisted the sales and creative team with region-specific projects and ensured invoices were paid timely.

I launched email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp software and designed social media content. I also conducted and presented research-based reports to the marketing team proposing areas for improvement in social media and SEO.
