• Created a marketing map from scratch: made presentations for the vision and timelines for tasks • Developed the Ideal Customer Profile and mapped out a target audience for the product: drew out behaviors, needs, preferences of the target audience• Designed tools for User Research: created an online survey that was circulated across multiple cities and social networks (200+ responses), designed a personal interview style questionnaire to understand the potential market and positioning of the app• Conducted user research: interviewed 15-17 candidates personally (in person/on call) across multiple cities, professional backgrounds, age groups and familial backgrounds • Analyzed the information received to further refine the Ideal Customer Profile

• Assisted in the re-vamping process of their home automation product: created mood boards, site maps and laid down the script for the opening video of the new website https://www.casadigi.com • Filmed short movies at a site in Boston: gathered stock photos/videos and compiled them into feature-based story-telling marketing material • Conducted user acceptance testing at the Winthrop Centre in Boston for 7 days : tested the app in action to ensure a smooth customer experience, mapped out friction in user experience and supported the team in investigating bugs
