I am a freshman at Texas A&M University with an interest in engineering specifically in analytics and the application of number crunching that motivates people to make certain purchasing decision. I also truly enjoy leadership and serving my community. From a leadership standpoint, much of what I have learned comes from DECA, of which I was the president of and taught me about skills as a team player and leader and how those are intertwined. Additionally, I enjoy giving back when I can, whenever I can as I helped found a non-profit known as Education Unites Us, that helps provide less fortunate students with opportunities in education and various extracurriculars. Along with this, my family has been fostering animals in recent years, which led me to starting Fundraise and Educate for Foster Animals (FEFA), a club at my school which looks to do just that. I have hosted events that have helped raise over a hundred dollars for foster organizations. Finally I have taken this leadership into National Honor Society, where I am the treasurer and help look to help other students get increasingly involved in volunteering and giving back to the community.
