- Initiate and deliver new project development, either in product development or raw material.- Understand customer needs and drivers and competitive positioning to develop new products and features.- Coordinate the development of raw material with related departments so that they can be applied optimally both internally at Supernova and in customers.

- Ensure that each new order/new development, quality and food safety in accordance with customer request.- Develop raw materials for alternative existing raw material, or cost saving project.- Determinate materials which will be used in flexible packaging production

- Coordinate trial and sample production- Determinate material which will be used in flexible packaging production- Visit to customer, if any problem regarding material or filling machine- Joint development with customers to develop a new product in customer- Joint development with suppliers to develop new materials for flexible packaging
