Part planning• Spare parts Inventory planning for mother warehouses based on Max/Min, lead time and seasonal impact• Spare parts Inventory planning for state/Regional warehouses & MSL replenishment.• Coordination with warehouse & factory team for Dispatch of spares against demand.• Weekly backorder planning against SNA.• New model code creation and parts planningPart Procurement• Procurement of spares from OEM/Vendors and factory as per Season/monthly /Backorder planning.• Coordination with vendors for on time spares supply.• Coordination with Logistics vendors for spares shipment pickup from vendors.• Coordination with Warehouse team for GRN & settlement of any mismatch/short /excess.Warranty FG units and spares return to vendor against B2B settlement.• Coordination with warehouse for defective products warranty validation.• Pull back of warranty units from Depots to CWH through STO.• Coordination with warehouse team, vendor and QA team for used parts warranty validation through joint inspection.• Purchase return PO creation of warranty products.• Ensure dispatches of warranty units to vendor.Vendor Management• Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.• Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others.• Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.• Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.

• Planning of Accessories based on the past consumption trends & seasonal • Monitoring Good and bad selling Items and propose actions taken• Consolidates and analyses actual sales data and forecast in-season sales on a weekly, basis to drive sales & buying decisions• Visit warehouses and Stores to monitor Orders arrival into warehouse and ensure items are being displayed in the correct quantities where store planograms /Matrices have space/need• Ensuring all stock received in Territories is allocated to respective Stores/SVC for selling. • Negotiation and development of vendors for procurement of Accessories, Non-standard items. • Coordinate with Brand teams, Tech Support, Commercial and operations for New requirements & new categories, consumption analysis for all planning activities. • Preparing and sending orders for new stores before opening date• Preparing and Propose Seasonal Budgets derived and validated on MFP based on the approved Strategy to match the financial targets set for Sales (Opening /Closing Stocks, Inflows & Sales Margins)• Review Minimum Stock Levels at all Distribution Centres, and replenishments in time to ensure high availability of Accessories • Analyses market & competition for both benchmarking value, price & product and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions• Ensure all Accessories sale earn a healthy RGM based on the Organization requirements • Constantly explore new categories, new market opportunities, benchmark accessory products, and establish a product portfolio enhancement at regular frequency• Monitor and review all incoming inventory & SLOCs at DCs• Maintaining of monthly Gross margin of 25%
