YES Bank Ltd, Mumbai - Vice President (RCSU) Trade Risk & Frauds– Since Feb 2014. • Analyze the Trade Risk and Frauds and reporting the same to respective Stake holders.• Trade Alerts on Export & Import Advance remittances• Corporate and Retail Net Banking Alerts on various activities.• Corporate Net Banking Setup verification/calling and confirmation from authorized signatories of the client.• Liaising with Technology Team on various report and process developments initiatives.• Testing (UAT) of various applications related to Trade, CMS and Retail banking.

Standard Chartered Bank, Mumbai as Team Leader- Exports. – (Since Sep 2007) • As a Team Leader I was responsible for overall smooth functioning of trade shop; which includes productivity/quality management, TAT management, cost Reduction; people management motivation, selection, training.• Acting as one point of contact for Business & client escalations for specific Business Group.• Reviewing process notes and analyzing operational risk, feasibility, process gaps and system support.• Overseeing Trade Finance function entailing Imports, Exports, Remittances and Local Bill Discounting.• Assisting Technology Group in enhancement of Software support & automation of work.• Analyse and control exceptions and deviations from standard Operational Control processes and take appropriate action to ensure accurate and timely resolution and processing.• Proactively managing and organise workflow, adhering to agreed timelines, reduction of TAT’s and Errors.• Joint client call with Relationship Manager to understand the customer requirements, operational issues to improve customer service.
