· Application system monitoring, performance monitoring, DB Monitoring and acknowledge escalation with defined SLA· Providing the end user communication for critical issues like service delays/disruption With ETAs.· Daily system and health checks are performed to ensure the smooth running of the application.· Handling the user queries related to reports, daily batch schedules, scheduling the batches in the production environment· Communicate the workaround to be followed to L1 and L2 till the issue/workorder gets complete. Raising issue with development team and working with them closely for the permanent fix.· Provide the daily operational support to the end users for the administration access, profile and passwords resulting in a satisfied internal customer based.· Update and create incident management tickets in the Remedy. incident and problem management tracking application.· Take leadership in owing issue resolution and driving them to completion using an automated ticketing system· Troubleshoot open ticket requests by completing a deep analysis and communicating recommended workarounds within applicable SLA times· WO analysis, resolving WO related any issues, proper analysis and close within SLA so KPI does not miss.· I always have priority on urgent task apart from daily task. And resolve those with correct decision on time so delivery is not impacted.· Preparing the knowledge base for the recurring issue and ensure that team follows the same.· Participating in various call with the banking client to resolve the issue within SLA.· Working on Configuration management database, Threat management, Vulnerabilities, PCI and BOMM.· Preparing Support metrics/dashboard report and regular support activities reporting. Providing the training to new joiners.
