Livspace is a leading home interior design and renovation platform in India, where I work as a Human Resources Coordinator. My role involves recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires, as well as engaging and retaining existing employees. I collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates, using various online tools and platforms to source, screen, and interview applicants. I also support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Human Resource from RV Institute of Management, where I have gained knowledge and skills in digital marketing, performance management, and organizational behavior. I have also completed a Digital Marketing Placement Guarantee course from Internshala Trainings, where I have learned how to create and execute marketing campaigns and strategies, using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and WordPress. I have a passion for learning new things and applying them to my work, as well as for helping others achieve their potential and goals. I am looking for opportunities to grow and excel in the HR field, and to contribute to the success of Livspace and its customers.
