Key Responsibilities:• Automation Development: Led the design and implementation of Level 1 automation systems, including software and hardware integration, ensuring alignment with project specifications and operational needs.• Project Supervision: Directed the erection, installation, and commissioning of Blast Furnace Cooling Circuits, ensuring technical specifications were met and project milestones were achieved on time.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinated with Civil, Mechanical, Structural, and Electrical teams to resolve project challenges and ensure smooth system integration.• Timely Task Completion: Managed project schedules, resources, and progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, identifying and addressing bottlenecks or delays proactively.• Safety Compliance: Enforced strict safety protocols during all phases of project execution, conducting audits and ensuring personnel adherence to safety guidelines.• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Managed relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards for materials and equipment.• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identified and resolved technical issues during commissioning to ensure optimal system performance.• Performance Monitoring: Monitored system performance post-commissioning, ensuring cooling circuits operated at peak efficiency and addressing any required maintenance or optimizations.• Documentation & Reporting: Maintained comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, changes, and technical specifications, and provided regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.• Continuous Improvement: Identified opportunities for process optimization and contributed to the continuous improvement of installation procedures and system designs.
