Key Responsibilities• Review all pertinent functional and technical information from product management, development and subject matter experts to understand product functionality from the user’s perspective. • Interact with Product team and Doc team leads to assess the documentation scope, requirements, estimate timelines, and identify the impact on product documentation.• Develop content for developer and user documentation deliverables which includes REST/SDK API guides, User Manuals, Administration/Configuration Guides, and other customer facing product-related documents (such as Release Notes, What’s New).• Ensure quality of content by testing the product functionality, editing content for technical accuracy, adhering to company style guide and standards, and complying with release schedules.• Triage and target bugs for releases/refreshes and make necessary documentation updates to bring them to closure.• Implement InfoDev strategies and help the product teams enhance end-user experience.• Adapt to change by catering to ad-hoc requests and reviews.• Propose and execute ideas for improving processes and checklists.• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for colleagues, perform peer reviews, and mentor writers.• Communicate project status and issues to management and appropriate individuals.• Migrate content from legacy documents to current company standards.Leadership Responsibilities• Arbortext POC: Attend POC meetings, troubleshoot issues and builds, raise issues, implement Arbortext-related initiatives, communicate updates to the team, resolve translation issues, and deliver documentation.• Video POC: Attend POC meetings, maintain video tracker page, implement video library-related tasks.• Campus Recruitment: Attend meetings, help with recruitment tasks, participate in invigilation and group discussion.

• Developing content for Supply Chain products such as JDA Assortment and Order Promiser.• Working with the agile team, attending sprint planning meetings, co-coordinating with Product Management Group (PMG), functional architects, developers, QA’s to understand requirements for documentation.• Writing and reviewing User Manuals, Administration Guides, Release notes and Installation Guides.• Migrating content from legacy documents to current company standards.• Ensuring quality of content by editing and updating it as per the JDA style guide.• Developing and maintaining checklists to ensure process compliance.• Training the documentation team on using documentation tools such as (FrameMaker (Unstructured), Snag-IT) and documentation processes.• Enhancing Product knowledge by attending training sessions and undertaking video recordings.• Adhering to processes followed for Document development to ensure compliance and quality.
