• Review all pertinent functional and technical information from product management, development and subject matter experts to understand product functionality from the user’s perspective.
• Interact with Product team and Doc team leads to assess the documentation scope, requirements, estimate timelines, and identify the impact on product documentation.
• Develop content for developer and user documentation deliverables which includes REST/SDK API guides, User Manuals, Administration/Configuration Guides, and other customer facing product-related documents (such as.
• Ensure quality of content by testing the product functionality, editing content for technical accuracy, adhering to company style guide and standards, and complying with release schedules.
• Triage and target bugs for releases/refreshes and make necessary documentation updates to bring them to closure.

• Writing and reviewing User Manuals, Release notes, Online Help, Reference Guides, and Installation Guides.
• Implementing DocOps strategy and helping the product teams to enhance end-user experience.
• Interacting with Onsite Lead to understand the scope, requirement and estimated timelines.
• Ensuring quality of content by editing and updating it as per the company style guide.
• Developing and maintaining checklists to ensure process compliance.
• Analyzing Functional Design documents and adhering to instructions given by SMEs, Onsite Lead to develop release notes and user manuals.

• Working with the agile team, attending sprint planning meetings, co-coordinating with Product Management Group (PMG), functional architects, developers, QA’s to understand requirements for documentation.

• Migrating content from legacy documents to current company standards.
• Ensuring quality of content by editing and updating it as per the JDA style guide.
• Developing and maintaining checklists to ensure process compliance.
