- Ensure that team meets the set sales distribution targets- Monitoring the level of stock available to the company and facilitate the good movement form end to end for the smooth running of the operations.-Periodic review of the sales and operations of the company and report the same to the Board of directors-Contacting prospective clients and ensure targets are met individually and also from the alloted sales team.-Report the issues,grievances,market opportunities and challenges to the management so as to adopt and update to the constant changing business scenarios.- Conduct meetings and provide demos and presentations to clients both within and outside the borders, In turn generating the sales for the given period.

-Meet regular sales targets-Demonstrate presentations and fix meeting with prospective builders and architects to pitch rhe product.-Monitor sales statistics and customer preferences over the product-Assist team members in achieving the periodic targets-Conduct periodic product awareness in elite architect and builders community and ensure sales generation-Facilitate and ensure end to end operations after execution of a sale and adhere giving the best service to customers-
