Techno-functional Solution Architect / Business Analyst role:- Design end-to-end solutions for Cross Border payment modules and Instant Payments for various countries- Designed from scratch a new Block-Chain API based payment orchestration for client which integrates with the bank's existing payments platform- Industry-standard message formats - SWIFT and ISO 20022 as well as Custom defined message formats- Design End to End payment processing workflow including Payment Initiation, Payment core processing, Fraud Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, FX, Accounting, pricing, and settlement & Reconciliation.- Return and Recalls for IP and cross-border payments- Managing Warehouse system integrations with a payment processor- Worked on non-pay messages as well such as Camt.9xx for investigations and case managementResponsibilities:- Work with the product to get the business requirement and document it in BRDs- Create a solution for the requirement by collaborating with all partner systems (upstreams and downstream like posting, screening, reporting, etc) and create a solution document FRSD- Develop the solution in IPF (Icon Payments Framework) with orchestration of flows and reusable sub-flows in MPS, develop the connectors framework to communicate with partner systems, build and deploy on cloud env, etc.- Monitor and support development and make sure of smooth implementation to UAT. Support UAT testing with triages and provide configuration solutions- Support NFT testing and production deployment- Support production verification tests with partners (PVT) and handover to the production support team.

Role: Payments SME supporting Fundtech GPP-SP at Bank Of America Merrill Lynch- Worked on implementation of GPP from scratch to go-live with responsibilities of technical triage of issues, Performance issues, deployment and installation, and handling production issues. - G3 and MEPS High-value implementation: worked with different teams (cross-functional) to ensure successful implementation in different project phases including but not limited to CIT, UAT, SIT, Performance, and Production.- BAU release and enhancements for EU region SEPA (low-value mass payments) and SWIFT payments.Responsibilities include (as BA as well as GPP-SP product expert) getting requirements, writing solution documents (FRSD), and supporting UAT testing till production go-live.
