The assignment was carried out using Solidworks, ANSYS and Hyperworks (Hypermesh, Optistruct and Hyperstudy). One month Internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (H.A.L - Aerospace Division) from 8th January 2013 to 8th February 2013. Training was conducted in the manufacturing plant of Indian satellite launch vehicles like PSLV, GSLV MK II and MK III.I had the opportunity to meet and interact with many Subdivision head Managers, Aerospace Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Scientists. They elaborated about how the Satellite Launch Vehicles are made from scratch. The internship included training at some of the subdivisions like Machining, Welding, Structural Assembly Shop and many other facilities which made me understand some aspects in manufacturing a space vehicle.
