Conducting web searches to find new prospects and developing and maintaining channels. This involves classifying channels based on geography and the products or solutions they offer, as well as helping channel partners achieve their sales targets.Additionally, I have worked on online marketing activities with partners and coordinated with billing, accounts, development and support departments. I have also participated in the "Going Green with netCORE" project, which was a CSR initiative with my team, and worked with TELCOs on the Email2SMS mobility project and SMS requirements with partners.Furthermore, I have appointed partners (resellers and distributors) in various regions, including Africa, South East Asia, and South America, and provided sales and technical training to help them sell enterprise solutions. When necessary, I have also made direct calls to generate leads for partners.

My role include Managing resellers, Corporate clients and End customers for Email Security Software (Antivirus/Antispam) and Utility Software. My responsibilities include handling leads and inquiries from all clients, including those generated through various portals.In addition, I have launched and promoted new schemes for dealers and end customers to enhance sales and have kept track of renewal business across channel partners, end customers. Coordinating with all departments such as accounts, purchase, and admin to ensure smooth execution of orders.Furthermore, I have managed entire websites, including maintenance, marketing, and online sales, until the execution of Aladdin security, utility software, and multimedia games CDs.
