I contributed to curriculum development and conducted trainings for 400+ government school teachers in 4 blocks of Rajasthan under ICRW's Gender Equity Movement in Schools (for boys) programme. Along with this treatment of women there was also a complete dismissal of men's voices if they sought help for violence they faced.As a Project Officer I learnt to document and develop case studies, write reports, and contributed to a project on preventing and addressing domestic violence through the formation of Crisis Management Centres.
