By emphasizing locally relevant skills, we foster vibrant local economies and empowers villagers, making them financially independent while reducing migration.I have been actively involved in environmental conservation initiatives, with a primary focus on water conservation and sustainable forestry. My contributions encompass various projects such as Groundwater Recharge, implementation of Village Level Irrigation Systems and Rain Water Harvesting. Additionally, I’ve been dedicated to harnessing renewable energy sources. In the realm of forestry, I have played a key role in maintaining natural biodiversity and addressing human-wildlife conflicts through innovative strategies that reduce dependencies on forest products. Headed the program on financial literacy, imparting essential knowledge and tools, and empowers individuals to achieve financial independence and make informed decisions.Prior to this role at ICICI Foundation, I successfully managed large-scale banking sales & operations in ICICI Bank, including overseeing the business side of operations and profit & loss of a vast network of 15,000+ ATMs. I excelled in managing mortgage collections and played a key role in SME business generation across 4,500 bank branches.
