-Provide field HSE induction and toolbox talks training to all new employees.-Conduct field safety inspection checklist on daily basis at filed work location for all activities.-Developing an emergency response plan.-Holding emergency evacuation drills.-Ensure that all employees working in the company have necessary permits, approvals, licenses, and all tools and machines, vehicles used for site works have necessary inspections, approval, permit to work etc.-Create, carry out, and assess health and safety plans and initiatives.-Verify site conditions and structural safety requirements Storage of hazardous materials, waste management and environmental protection Requirements as per company and local authority policy.

-Aerodrome operations and safety management.-Runway and taxiway maintenance.-Regulate, train, and inspect for aircraft safety. Control access, communicate, and surveil movement areas. Plan for emergencies.-nspection and maintenance of the aviation lounge.
