To achieve my tangible objectives, I focus in identifying, analyzing and resolving operational issues. Contract negotiations, business case presentations, driving outcome based solutions , energizing and inspiring teams, proactive approach coupled with strong technical background in instrumentation & control are also the key success factors for the challenges I am being offered.Building strong and diverse teams from scratch up to 17 members, motivating and energizing them across Middle East, Africa & Turkey led to achieve exceptional growth consistently while operating within base cost targets.As a result I consistently achieved double digit growth year over year with doubling the revenue at least on two occasions in three years between 2002 -2005 and then in 2010 to 2013, identifying white spaces and entering new segments and growing revenue 2X.
