• Work closely with Sr. Manager to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.) • Create a comprehensive job description based on Sr. Manager Specifications to be used to pre-sent to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways. • Short listing resumes of candidates as per the requirements.• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.• Maintains employee confidence & protects operations by keeping human resource infor-mation confidential.• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, & printing information; organizing work; answering telephone; relaying messages; maintaining office equipment’s & supplies.• Performing other general correspondence with clients & candidates.• Maintaining and updating databank of resumes for all positions• Responsible for designing and implementation of appraisal methods for different catego-ries & levels of employees.• Implementing appraisal systems effectively.• Rationalization of appraisal systems by ensuring unbiased appraisals. Review of appraisal forms to check for consistency of ratings.• Analysis of performance rating as an input to compensation.• Formulating a system of tracking career paths for all employees & monitoring periodically.• Controlling absenteeism, Motivating & negotiating with employees.• Individual communication with employees for collection of data for organizational devel-opment.• Undertaking steps for various staff welfare measures.• Identifying the training requirements of employees (Technical behavioral, skill and technical up gradation, management development)• Career promotion programs with special emphasis to individuals promotion and career devel-opment.• Conducting Exit Interviews of relieving employees.• Handling ISO HR Functions by meeting with all the compliances of ISO.
