• Project planning to achieve the project goal/target & FG delivery• Resource formation & lead to project team• Time management to schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule• Project execution within budget & generation of cost claims for additional tasks• Manage issues & risks before, during & after the Project completion• Monitoring of project progress & Control• Reporting & documentation for proper communication between factory, ODM & Customer• Coordinate with cross function team • Coordinate function team to solve engineering and production issues during pilot run stage• Be the owner of new product inter-plant transfers• Being a main contact window between manufacturing customers & factory to communicate in time for duly changes, modifications for smooth work
