Develop and implement marketing & sales strategies in coordination with Hub M&S, ensuring full coverage of allocated markets, meeting targeted Orders and Sales volume, and positively contribute towards profitable growth of the organization, while maintaining full satisfaction of customers’.• Develop and implement annual Marketing Plan, in coordination with Hub M&S and Market Managers to achieve budgeted Orders booking• Create plans and ensure implementation of factory's product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value proposition and product positioning in accordance with GBU/HBU marketing strategy• Follow-up both implementation and adoption of BU M&S tools within the factory• Lead promotion and prequalification of new and existing products • In charge of factory tendering/quotations, developing pricing strategy, project management, setting up monthly and quarterly production plan and customer support• Look after customers relationship by showcasing the factory on regular basis and acting on the results to ensure high level of customers satisfaction• Closely coordinate and follow up with Market Managers and Sales to convert targeted opportunities to Orders for the factory • Responsible for factory’s M&S and project management KPIs like Order booking, Revenue, Margin improvement, On time delivery, On time Cash collection, customers’ satisfaction etc.• In role of local CCRP (Customer Care Resolution Program) coordinator, ensure that each customer issue related to the factory is registered in tool, adequate resources are assigned to resolve it, RCA is carried out and identified corrective & preventive actions are implemented.
