1. LABORATORYa. Manage & control all chemical plant & environment activities such as water, waste water, emmisions, ambient air, oil quality, coal analysis, hazardous materials.b. Manage & Control all Laboratory Documentation & Equipment.c. Ensure all analyzer accurate & precision.d. Ask C&I support for external calibration.e. Manage & control consumables parts(probe, chemical reagents, etc)f. Sampling & analysis water and waste water.g. Preparation & Analysis Coal unloading/ as fired.h. Preparation & Analysis Fly ash & bottom ashI. Received coal sample from sampling system .j. Sampling & analysis Lube oil, Hydraulic Oil.k. Provide report and share to related section. 2. ENVIRONMENTa. Manages and monitors the environmental activities; ensure all activities are in compliance with the environmental and government standards. b. Manage & Control all hazardous waste and hazaardous material in power plant.c. Regularly invite independence laboratory for take sample & analysis waste water, emmision,ambient air,sea water.d. Collect document related to environment.(Fly ash manifest , indep Lab report,etc)e. Provide Environmental report for government & lenders.

1. Ensuring all production schedules are delivered to the customer on time, every time; with a product quality that meets the customer’s expectation with optimal cost through achieving process/product yields, productivity and material usage targets.2. Maintaining costs within the agreed manufacturing budget plus meeting manufacturing targets and other related KPI’s. , maintenance personnel and other staff required for the manufacturing group. 3. Working with the equipment suppliers to ensure installation, commissioning and training is completed in a satisfactory and timely manner and on budget. 4. Apply strong reviewing procedures,planning and coordination skills towards facilitating equipment parts/tools processing and procurement activities.5. Coordination of all sub-unit plant for the production process runs efficiently, effectively and quality assured

Responsible for leading shift group to analyzing raw material, in process product and finish good product. Conduct the processing condition and analyze the measurement data, evaluate Finish Good products.

1. Maintaining costs within the agreed manufacturing budget plus meeting manufacturing targets and other related KPI’s. , maintenance personnel and other staff required for the manufacturing group. 3. Working with the equipment suppliers to ensure installation, commissioning and training is completed in a satisfactory and timely manner and on budget. 4. Oversee plant operations and maintenance for a large facility, with accountability for the cost – effective process flexibility to vary the ratio of solvent and antioxidant production depending on market demands.5. Apply strong reviewing procedures, laboratory analysis, planning and coordination skills towards facilitating equipment parts/tools processing and procurement activities.6. Work closely with the other operational unit, utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met.a. Controlling process parameter via DCS – TDC 3000 Honeywell system.b. Monitor all process parameter to ensure smooth plant operation.c. Monitor all sample result and take the corrective action as necessary.
