Within the scope of payroll consultancy service, I fulfill the legal processes and demands of our customers within the month.• Carrying out SGK employment entry and exit procedures,• Making ISKUR notifications,• Controlling and accruing monthly payroll data,• Preparation and notification of withholding tax return,• Following up on incapacity reports,• Carrying out the necessary transactions within the month in line with customer demands.

Providing support for all tasks related to the human resources field,• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting payroll procedures, and tracking contracts, invoices, and similar processes,• Preparing job advertisements, organizing interviews, conducting reference checks, assisting in recruitment, placement, performance, and training processes, and supporting the selection of volunteers/interns,• Contributing to HR reporting activities and ensuring the accuracy and currency of information,• Participating in creating archives and updating information related to employee records,• Actively supporting all projects carried out by the human resources department,• Assisting in payment processes and human resources development projects, completing tasks related to occupational health and safety, and monitoring voluntary applications,• Tracking sickness reports and approving them in the system,• Entering employee data into the system, opening personnel record files on the relevant system, and handling the personnel file document process,• Monitoring and providing support for the employee leave process,• Assisting in planning, organizing, and creating an event calendar for HR-related events throughout the year,• Responsible for tracking and completing tasks assigned by the HR Department.
