Development of Aviation Battery SystemsDesigned and optimized battery system structures for high-performance stability using thermal analysis with STAR-CCM+, ensuring reliable operation under high power output.Efficiently managed cost estimates and resource allocation for battery pack prototype designs, delivering solutions tailored to customer requirements and budget constraints.Designed and developed battery systems with a focus on safety and reliability, adhering to requirements and evaluation standards such as DO-160G and DO-311A.Verified software compliance with DO-178C standards through static and dynamic analysis using LDRA tools and collaborated with system teams.2. Development of AAM SystemsDesigned battery systems tailored for AAM platforms, integrating electrical and electronic systems to establish stable and efficient power supply systems.Conducted component inspections and quality control in accordance with AS9100 standards and prepared special airworthiness certification documentation.Successfully designed and developed an actual AAM aircraft, achieving the first domestic flight demonstration by a Korean company at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's demonstration event.3. Project ManagementAs the lead researcher for national R&D projects under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, led the development of battery systems in alignment with quantitative objectives.Effectively managed project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful system development and achieve project goals.
