The existing offerings were built on archaic technology stacks lacking speed, stability, and a simple user interface. No wonder teachers and students showed massive friction in adopting such half-baked offerings. Gradeazy was thus created to mitigate the above shortcomings while maintaining price consciousness for maximum adoption. Over the past year, Gradeazy has developed and evolved into a comprehensive Online Assessment Platform with cutting-edge technology features, creating user delight for students, teachers, youtubers, recruiters and job seekers.

Blessed to have had a first hand experience witnessing how an acquisition feels like from the inside. OLX acquiring aasaanjobs and the subsequent change in internal processes was indeed something to learn from in terms of implementing change management. Personally, I ensured that the acquired business intelligence and revenue streams got transferred to the new OLX management before moving onto something new.

Managed both recruitment demand generation and service delivery where I led and scaled an end to end zonal team to 5x its size in headcount and 10x in revenue. Interacted closely with the product team for business requirement documents and product roadmap brainstorms. Conceptualised and monetised video job descriptions as a product to corporates and startup HR leaders. Added passion projects towards marketing by conceptualising, scripting and executing video job description for multiple brands.
