I'm helping to form the product development organization within a large and ambitious project for the coalition Amsterdam Vitaal & Gezond. The City of Amsterdam is part of this coalition. The goal of the project is to build a platform/ecosystem that better guides residents to the right healthcare or social domain provider and gives them control over their own medical and other relevant personal data. To achieve a scalable interaction we're going to build a secure and privacy-first AI framework that will act as an empathetic Sparring Partner for the resident to better understand their needs.It's a huge and ambitous challenge that is expected to bring significant improvements for the people of Amsterdam and the hardworking individuals in the healthcare and social domain sectors.
