I am working with Age Concern Somerset for the next six months investigating older peoples' (and that's anyone of 50 years and over!) awareness of the government initiative to improve health through physical and mental stimulus

Member of the Board of the Primary Care Trust with particular responsiblity for Carers' issues. Committee member of audit, remuneration and Social Service planning groups as well as clinical planning teams. Patient advocate for Quality and Outcome measurement, key member of Expert Patient Programme. Chaired disciplinary hearings and represented lay views following public consultation into local health delivery.
