- Accountable for day-to-day reports, revenue analysis, morning briefings, event schedules, and businessagendas for Executives, while documenting Sales achievements, business trips, and Sales calls.- Arrange and amend proposals and contracts for events which consist of detailed event, cost, layout,transportation, and terms & conditions.

- Provide guest with on-demand service, such as, reservations, check-in, check-out, tours, transportation,etc., by communicating with other employees in Reservation, Sales, and Housekeeping departments to achieve accurate and efficient guest service.

- Assist authors and Executives by transcribing interviews.- Research and gather information on Executives prior to their interviews.- Aid and develop the company’s public records by organizing company reports and arranging interviewmaterials.

- Assist guest to provide enhanced service and experience that align with Disney’s core values throughouttheme parks.- Responsibilities include providing guest information, services, and being able to communicate well with others.- Efficiently respond to guest request to distribute applicable services.
