I am specialized in Social-Cultural Anthropology.I have cleared UGC NET Exam and WBSET Exam. I have immense experience in conducting of ethnographic fieldwork in urban, rural as well as marginal areas. My special areas of work are development anthropology, economic anthropology, livelihood strategies and environment, evaluation of rural development, development and gender, etc. I have also abilities to monitor and coordinate ethnographic fieldwork in any kind of settings. I have conducted fieldwork among several tribal communities viz. Santal, Bhumij, Lodha, Sabar and also caste communities like Sodgope, Goala, Kurmi Mahato, Bhuyian etc. I have also experienced to conduct ethnographic fieldwork among the Pata Shilpi of various parts of West Bengal, India.
