• Recognized sales revenue from sales registers as per company policy and make sales entry to Tally and SageX3.• Collect realization advice copy from bank (HSBC, UCBL And SIBL Bank) then checking the voucher AIT & RMG fund deducted as per Gov’t rules and entry to Tally and SageX3.• Receivable account reconciled with importers.• Local accounts payable reconciled with supplier and report to management.• Foreign account payable reconciled with supplier and report to management.• All local LC and foreign LC liability statements collect from bank and make bank liability in Tally ERP9 And SageX3.• All local LC and foreign LC EDF loan statements collect from bank and make EDF loan in Tally and SageX3.• Time loan, Term loan, PC Loan, And Revolving Loan statements collect from bank and calculated interest than make entry in Tally and SageX3.• Preparing receivable and payable ageing report and report to management.• Preparing monthly budget variance analysis compared with actual and budget.• Inter-Companies expenses, supplier’s payment and bank receipt payment reconciled and report to management.• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation and make entry in Tally.• Preparing Monthly Financial Statement.
