- Collaborate with the co-director to oversee and organize the waitlist and weekly patient appointment schedule.- Develop and execute strategies to improve the productivity and effectiveness of clinic operations.- Foster clear communication among students, the Equal Access Clinic (EAC) board, and volunteer clinicians.- Cultivate relationships with other clinic directors and coordinate referrals to external clinics as needed.- Address and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during clinic operations.

I volunteer to work as a mentor and coach at PASS which is a Non-Profit Organization and an excellence development program. Since 2002, PASS (Programs for After School Success) has been providing quality life skills programming and tennis activities to underserved students in the Phoenix, AZ area. The mission of PASS is to enrich the lives of students in low-socioeconomic neighborhoods (specifically students who are in title IX schools) by encouraging personal responsibility and a healthy lifestyle.

I was an Instructional Aide at Arizona State University (ASU) College of Integrative Sciences and Arts at the ASU - Downtown Phoenix Campus. I instructed and managed the Physics laboratory and conducted classes like PHY 111/112/113/114. Both PHY 113 and PHY 114 are lab sections which are based on the concept of General Physics 1 & 2 classes respectively. My role was to grade papers, lab reports and conduct labs activities and assignments smoothly. Apart from the labs, the PHY 111 & PHY 112 sections were General Physics 1 & 2 where I was teaching the Recitation sections.
