Currently working as a Teach For India fellow in the Pune team in Jawahar EMS. I have been placed as a mathematics and Science fellow in a classroom of 35 standard 10 students. I have been working closely with the community to dig deep into the diverse skillset of the students of the communityand to support them through different opportunities and mindset. To resist different soci-economic problems in the society and grow emotional learning in the classroom me and my students have started a project named Hum Dekhenge since April 2024 and working on it currently.

As a research assistant of CSSSC I was assigned a task of conducting interviews, discussions and collection of documents on evaluation of the Urban Local Body Project of the Fifth State Finance Commission, Government of West Bengal to analyse a data and create an audit on a project initiated and executed by the State Government and the Municipal Corporation.

Worked as a mentor for a team of 20 students for a transformational jouney(non-academic) to develop different holistic skills. Empowered students to become pro in research and debate and grow their skills in different art mediums through regular practices and opportunities. Mentored the students to help them choose a suitable career path.

My role as an intern of Jaladarsha Collective was to survey ward wise waterbodies to inculcate the condition for an audit report. Worked with Jaldarsha Collective to save more than 100 waterbodies around Kolkata in different socio-economic communities with the support of Kolkata Municipal Corporation. My role as an intern was also to mentor a group of 20 students at Behala through a project named Khelaghor under the team Lead Sanghamitra Mukherjee
