Responsibilities:• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues performing basic operating system support and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams promptly and effectively.• Respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries via Ticketing System, email, phone and in-person diagnosing problems, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.• Utilization of On-Premises Active Directory for executing fundamental administrative functions such as creating users, resetting passwords, enabling/disabling accounts and basic Group Policy Management, addressing basic NTFS permission issues, and performing file recovery tasks.• Assist users with printer setup, connectivity issues, print queue management, basic configuration, error messages, paper jams, toner/ink replacement, software troubleshooting, remote assistance, and maintaining documentation on common issues.• Manage user accounts in Azure Active Directory, such as creating and deleting accounts, resetting passwords, and enabling or disabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.• Work on Mobile Device Management (MDM)- Microsoft Intune – device enrolment.• Provide basic outlook troubleshooting such as email configuration, troubleshooting common issues, handling password resets, providing guidance on calendar and scheduling, addressing client application problems, and supporting various features within Microsoft Teams. • Provide support in the Exchange Admin Center by performing basic tasks and addressing common user issues related to Microsoft Exchange, such as mailbox management. • Maintain accurate records of support activities, including resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and documentation updates. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
