• Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the CEO• Maintain all communication record up to date • Accumulating and generating reports for the CEO on various areas of organization• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences on behalf of CEO• Facilitate to organise Management and Senior Management Meetings• Extend administrative support to all departments • Manage and maintain CEO’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements

As a part of a multi-functional team, provide professional Public affairs consultation, as well as advising senior management of the Public affairs implications of business strategies and day to day business operations. Keep an eye on public opinion about the organization or particular issues, Develop and implement communication strategies for the organization, advice management on communication issues and strategies. Co-ordinate, plan, implement and supervise Incident Management & Crisis Resolution Programs, Policies and Activities. Prepare and distribute news releases and make statements to the media. Write, edit and arrange publication of newsletters, in-house magazines, pamphlets and brochures. Perform Corporate Social Responsibility task covering both assurance and advisory services relating to social, ethical and environmental aspects of business performance of the company & Coca-Cola. Maintain public affairs programs to provide strong local identity and a high reputation for the Company. Strengthen relationship with Government officials, INGO’s NGO’s and other required sectors in support of Company business.Establish uniformity in the Consumer Response System with Quality Assurance and consumer satisfaction as priorities. Handling product related inquiries and consumer complain as a consumer response co-coordinator task.

Overall management of the organization which includes handling of the HR aspects and planning and commissioning of VSAT installation for STM Telecom Sanchar (rural telephony service provider in Eastern Nepal) with frequent field visits. Successfully worked towards installation of 534 VSATs in various parts of Eastern Nepal under World Bank Telecom sector reform programm for rural Nepal.
