With around four years of progressive experience in scientific roles, including one year and two months as a Temporary teaching assistant, one year as a Scientific Assistant and one year and two months as a Scientist and Laboratory In charge, I have developed a strong foundation in Teaching, research, laboratory operations, and scientific management.As a Scientific Assistant, I gained valuable hands-on experience in supporting research projects, conducting experiments, and collecting data. I assisted in analyzing blood samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Through this role, I honed my attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while working collaboratively with a diverse team.Building upon my experience as a Scientific Assistant, I advanced to the position of Scientist and Laboratory In charge.
