*CFT Certified by ADIDAS.*Having knowledge about FlexPLM, L&P Database of ADIDAS and used to approved the sample and upload comments in system.*Co-relate with factory management, LO and Buyer representative (TS team) as well as used to prepare CAP, BA(beautiful audit) report, Future proofing regarding required issue & work with the related manuals (ADIDAS).*Develop sample with correct styling & fitting as customer requirement. Follow-up entire sample process to make sure right quality sample.*Conducting and follow-up Final inspections, Pre-final inspection, Inline and Sample inspection (PPS, FIT, SMS, Size set, Top/shipment Sample) and QA internal audits, CPR analysis, Follow-up shipment plan as per PODD/T&A.*Spec measurements and grading check and approve as per adidas grading guideline manual.*Internal audit as A-Z audit,3-strike, technical audit.*Worked with couple of labels as lululemon, Engelbart Strauss, Lands’ End, adidas etc. And product types are jacket(Woven, knit, sports & outdoor), Tracksuit (circular knit), Work ware, Hybrid JKT etc.*Ensuring continuous improvement within the quality control systems and culture.*Prepare quality plan, quality system & SOP for the factory by implementing the quality management system. LikeTLS, CPA/CTQ, WFT & RFT, Quality KPI etc.*Managing quality control/assurance function of the entire production facility in accordance with the quality plan.*Reporting results and project updates to senior management.*Supervision of all the process, inline inspection, final inspection (as per AQL), final audits and test records such as fabric inspection, needle procedures and metal inspection.*Have a sound knowledge about MCD, Cutting, pattern, Sewing, Embroidery, CWS, Printing, and Finishing Quality Assurance.
