Manage projects and resources ensuring delivery in accordance with project schedules and plans; ensure project deliverables stay on time, on-target and remain under-allocated budget.Responsibilities:• Lead Planning and Implementation of Projects. • Review of contract documents, tender drawings, specifications, final BOQ to catch errors, thereby preventing the risk of oversights, mistakes, delays and profit leaks.• Co-ordinate and supervise activities and tasks among internal departments (sales, design, planning, procurement & logistics), clients/consultants/main contractor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.• Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.• Develop methods to monitor project or area progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary. • Interact daily with client to answer questions, share project status, verify change orders, and resolve complaints.• Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling.• Manage deliverables timeline by providing assistance to technicians when necessary and modifying work schedule to meet client requirements.• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.• Attend coordination meetings with Client, Consultant, ID, Civil, MEP, HVAC and Main contractor to ensure smooth operation. • Serve as general point of contact for all technical personnel to resolve issues quickly and increase collaboration.
